Inaba Development started in Orange County, CA over 25 years ago. At the time it was called SIA Design and Consulting and it specialized in designing and project managing small retail and residential projects., but began to expand to include larger and larger shopping centers and projects including Del Amo Fashion Center and The Block at Orange . From there, Sia Design and Consulting morphed into Inaba Development and moved to the Washington, DC area. After seven years working on a variety of projects including townhome development, mixed use retail, office buildings and distressed properties across the eastern United States,, Inaba Development returned to California but this time to the San Francisco Bay area for eight years.. It has been an epic journey that has allowed us to grow and understand the diverse nature of construction and project management in many markets and it is that experience we now bring back to Southern California.

As a company, we strive for honesty and clarity. Our first job is to understand the client’s vision and needs and offer insights in to how to best achieve these goals. We value timeliness, efficiency, and direct and clear communication.

Over the years, we have been fortunate to collaborate with some excellent clients, tenants, designers and contractors on many wonderful projects and look forward to many more successful partnerships in the future.
